The Locals Mix® supports creative communities. Our goal is to highlight local creatives making original music or art in any form. We help to connect local businesses and nonprofits by featuring their collective efforts and showcasing them on a unique, multi-media platform. We host The Event in Any Event™ , so no matter what is going on, The Locals Mix can safely provide a forum to share local talent. Through live music events, After Hours at The Museum of Arts and Sciences, interviews with local creatives and more, The Locals Mix® events showcase original musicians and artists performing live, locally and with orginial content.

The Reborn Project™ is a collaboration of The Resilient Band™ and national supporters who are committed to highlighting today’s American War Veterans. The Resilient Band™ is an American rock band primarily composed of severely wounded U.S. combat veterans, whose focus is writing and performing music that reflects the inspirations and hardships they've experienced in both their civilian lives and military careers. The Spruce Creek RiverWorks™

The Spruce Creek RiverWorks™ has identified the following core issues to focus on:

  • Identify relevant laws, rules and statutes at the local, regional, state and federal levels regulating the Spruce Creek, and be a resource regarding allowed activities  and what permitting is required;
  • Serve as an advocate for the endangered plants and animals that share the Spruce Creek;
  • Coalesce the stakeholders in Volusia County, Florida interested in protecting and preserving environmental quality, and targeting their common concerns with action items and volunteers;
  • Host informational and hands-on workshops for environmental enhancement;
  • Connect the region with the Waterkeepers throughout the state and nation to share information, resources and connect existing resource corridors; and
  • Infuse energy, intelligence and dedicated action into the process of local water quality protection.
